Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Yes! We have 50ft hoses that we bring free of charge. We just need you to have access to water within 50ft. 

YES! The blower is what keeps the unit inflated. This need to be ON  and connected to power at all times that the unit is being used. 

Yes you do need to be present at the time of set up. There are safety rules that MUST be gone over before we will leave the inflatable at the location. There also must be someone present at the time of pick up as well. 

Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. 

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds > 15mph, punctures, the use of any silly string, etc.) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you, or us, to be in that situation which is why we have you read, agree and sign the safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.

We prefer for the unit to be within 50ft of the power outlet. The Bounce Hub is NOT liable for problems due to power issues. Typically we need (1) 20-amp circuit for EACH blower; other items can NOT be plugged into the same circuit. We provide extension cords. Unit needs to be placed within 50ft of power source. We can accommodate up to 100ft but we MUST be notified prior to event day of this.
